Doyin Fashakin –CEO, Managing Partner

Doyin Fashakin holds a degree in Economics with a minor in International Finance from Georgia State University. She is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance specialist with over 14 years of experience in finance, management consulting, and project management for companies that include ExxonMobil, CITGO Petroleum, and Sunoco Logistics. Doyin is a co-founder of Pay on Delivery, a payment processing and applications company based in Houston, Texas. Doyin is also the founder of Doyin Fash, an international event and project management consulting firm. Doyin Fashakin is primarily responsible for D & B’s overall business development, partnerships management, and strategic development and execution.

Banke Akinsola- COO, Managing Partner

Banke Akinsola holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Project Management certification. Banke has over 12 years of diverse experience in commodities procurement, international and domestic supply chain and logistics operations, domestic and international strategies, finance, marketing, corporate development, and operational management. Banke has also consulted with companies in various industries; including manufacturing, renewable energy, packaged consumer goods and wholesale distribution on business development, project lifecycle management, process improvement, lean manufacturing, logistics, risk management, account management, training, strategic planning, vendor management, process reengineering, cost reduction and relationship development.

Adefioye Adeniran- CFO, Managing Partner

Adefioye Adeniran is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance. Adefioye has over 14 years of experience in auditing, compliance and regulations of oil and gas trading firms and their subsidiaries. He has also worked with the Federal Government of the United States in different capacities, including auditing, risk, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Tunde Adeniran- Non-executive Director

Professor Tunde Adeniran, a former professor at the University of Ibadan, is a seasoned international relations and political strategist. Professor Adeniran has served on several boards and committees including the Advisory Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Political Bureau, and as presidential representative for the Nigerian delegation to the 40th session of the United Nations.

He was a former Minister of Education in Nigeria and a former elected Nigerian ambassador to Germany. He served as both the National Secretary and the Chairman of MAMSER “Mass Mobilization for Self Reliance, Social Justice, and Economic Recovery” and has held many other public positions in Nigeria and internationally. He is a recipient of many honors and has won many distinctions. Professor Adeniran is a product of Columbia University’s post graduate school.

Michael Emelieze – Engineering Director

Michael Emelieze has held technical positions in the energy industry in different parts of the world with a vast knowledge of the oil and gas industry from major projects in Africa, Europe and America. He has led a team to successfully execute multi-million dollar projects. He has also worked on several challenging subsea and field development projects ranging from drilling, installation, operations, integrity management and other field development projects across the globe. He has a strong technical background and understands the dynamics of the oil and gas industry.

Michael Emelieze holds a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas Engineering from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, United Kingdom. He started his Oil and Gas career in the UK working for several oil and gas services companies and moved to the United States where he joined British Petroleum America.
